Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate assisted Dr. Scott Wingard in the acquisition of a site in Riverwood Plantation for the continued expansion of his general dentistry practice. Scott is planning a new 3,400 square foot facility adjacent to Trotter Orthodontics to serve the fast growing Greenbrier area of Columbia County. Scott expects to have the new practice open in the fall 2016 and we wish him great success with this expansion!
