Rob Cozart serves as a Maintenance Technician at the Georgia Cyber Innovation & Training Center, part of the Jordan Trotter Asset & Property Management portfolio. With over 17 years of experience in HVAC systems and apartment maintenance, Rob brings a wealth of technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Outside of work, Rob’s greatest joy comes from his family. He is the proud father of three daughters and one son, who serve as his daily motivation. When he’s not troubleshooting systems or fine-tuning equipment, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and lending a hand wherever he’s needed.
