Dennis Trotter

Dennis has been in all aspects of commercial brokerage and development since 2002 covering the Southeastern states, while maintaining a focus on the Augusta, GA MSA. Dennis co-founded Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate in 2013 with the mission of providing turn key commercial real estate services to the Aiken-Augusta MSA. He has developed over 150 ground-up projects for nationally branded users across the southeast, ranging from single tenant projects to large scale office, industrial, and retail developments, in addition to core brokerage work and asset management of over 3.5MM square feet in the Augusta-Aiken MSAs. Dennis is a 2000 graduate of Furman University with a degree in Business Administration and is married to Kathi with three children. Dennis is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Exchange Club of Augusta, and the Church of the Good Shepherd. Dennis is also a former member of the Board of Directors for Georgia Bank & Trust, is a Past President of the Exchange Club of Augusta, former Vice-Chair at Episcopal Day School, and two time past Chairman of the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce.
