Herman Paul

Herman Paul serves as the Facilities Maintenance Associate for Jordan Trotter, where he plays a vital role in the Asset & Property Management division. He oversees general repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensures that all managed properties operate efficiently and safely. Herman is instrumental in building trusted partnerships with local vendors and tenants, fostering collaboration that helps maintain the firm’s high standard of service.
A graduate of Moultrie Technical College, Herman brings over 25 years of maintenance experience to his role and is a certified HVAC technician. Known for his ability to create effective, hands-on solutions to complex maintenance challenges, he takes pride in ensuring that every property under his care runs seamlessly.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, and having spent time in Nebraska, Herman is a proud father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active through exercise, and is fluent in Spanish.
