Waters Jordan

Waters Jordan specializes in land and timber sales throughout the Southeast, bringing a unique combination of real estate and forestry expertise to Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate. A native of Augusta, Waters developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age, which led him to pursue both real estate and forestry.

He holds a Master of Forest Resources from the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and a BBA in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. His background provides him with a strong understanding of timber markets, forest management, land valuation, and the factors that influence the value and potential of rural properties.

Waters works with landowners, investors, and buyers to evaluate opportunities and develop strategies that align with their goals, whether maximizing timber income, preserving land for recreation, or identifying future development potential. His combination of market knowledge, forestry expertise, and a genuine appreciation for the land allows him to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective throughout the transaction process.

Outside of real estate, Waters enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the many recreational opportunities found throughout the Southeast.
